What Our Customers Are Saying

I’ve been coming here for several years now. The office staff are freindly and easy to talk to. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately for them I have come in a few times needing a repair that was a real head scratcher. The mechanic working on my truck took the time to figure out the issue causing the problem and get me back on the road. I would highly recommend United Engines any time you are in the Little Rock area.

FAQs

What’s your wait time on service?

We are very sensitive to the cost of downtime for your equipment as this can exceed the cost of repairs. We work hard to provide you with an assessment within 2 hours of your equipment arriving on our yard. Once we have completed our assessment, we are able to provide you with both time and cost estimates for the repairs.

Do you perform mobile service at the customer’s location?

Yes, absolutely! We are sensitive to costs for moving equipment to a service center, so we offer mobile on-site services for PMs and other light repairs. For major repairs, we recommend having your equipment brought to our Customer Support Center where we have the equipment and certified staff to complete these repairs in a more efficient time frame.

What is the warranty on the repairs you do?

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 3 months, starting from the time we return your repaired equipment to you. Parts are warranted in accordance to the vendor’s published parts warranty. For Allison Transmission, the parts warranty is 12 months from the date you take delivery of your repaired vehicle.

Do you use genuine or aftermarket parts?

As THE authorized distributor for your engine or transmission, we always use the genuine parts designed and engineered for use in your product.

Warranty: Does your service keep my warranty intact?

UE is the authorized distributor for Allison transmissions. As the distributor, we perform any warranty repairs you may need. When we do your warranty repairs, your factory warranty remains intact. Any repairs completed by a non-authorized distributor or dealer could jeopardize your warranty’s status.
